Course map is the same as 2022. The Course was slightly altered after 2019, due to a bridge missing and Elk Trail closure. Elevation profile map is not necessary - the elevation changes less than 10 feet from the start and finish elevation of 440 feet above sea level.
The course consists of a 5.2 mile loop, all on single-track trails. The course is entirely flat, on trails adjacent to the Willamette River. Most sections of the course are wooded, muddy and wet. The 50K will cover the loop 6 times, the 25K will cover the loop 3 times, the 10M will cover the loop twice (yes, that makes the distance 10.4 miles), and the 5M will cover the loop once (actually 5.2 miles).
There will be two aid stations on the 5.2 mile loop, both of which will be passed twice, for a total of four stations on the loop. For distances covering multiple loops, there will also be an aid station at the transition area (start/finish line). Aid stations will be stocked with water, Gatorade, GU Energy Gel & Electrolyte Brew Tablets, light snacks and basic first aid - anyone needing any other aid supplies can bring the supplements of their choice and drop it at an aid station prior to the event (all aid stations are at the road intersections).
