Date: Saturday, July 25, 2020 (NEW DATE) - postponed from May 23rd

Time Schedule: BIB# Pick-up, 6:45am-7:30am at Frank Kinney Park
                        20K & 10K  start window is 8:00AM-8:30AM - See shuttle info below.

NOTE: BIBS not picked up at Frank Kinney Park before 7:30am will be at the common Start line at the Blanton Trailhead

Event Description: The 11th Annual trail running classic covers many scenic segments of the Ridgeline Trail in South Eugene. See revised maps below. This year's event can't finish at LCC due to restrictions for public access on the school property during this COVID-19 time.

Distances: 20K (12.4 miles), 10K (6.2 miles)  - 20K RELAY has been cancelled for this year. Any relay registrants will be automatically transferred to the 10K. NOTE: Both distances start in the same spot this year. You'll be inserted into a staggered start once you arrive at the Blanton Trailhead, anytime between 8AM-8:30AM.

Location: Ridgeline Trail - Blanton Heights Trailhead to Frank Kinney Park - Eugene, Oregon.

2020 Courses: The 20K and 10K courses will both start at the Blanton Trailhead between 8AM-9AM with staggered start times as runners arrive. Pay special attention to the final distance to be covered on the Rexius Trail for each distance; they are different. Once 10K runners reach the Fox Hollow lot, they'll be instructed to descend to the Martin Street section to complete the final distance on the Rexius Trail before finishing. The 20K runners will take the upper Fox Hollow trail section, staying right, all the way to the gravel Dillard Rd lot. The 20K runners will then go left and descend a short section along the shoulder of Dillard Rd.; running against traffic is required on this section. Then turn left and return to the Fox Hollow lot on the Dillard connector trail and lower section of the Fox Hollow loop. Once back to the Fox Hollow lot, 20K participants will descend to the Martin St. section and finish their remaining distance on the Rexius Trail. Directions: Take West or East Amazon Rd. to Martin St. or locate Frank Kinney Park on google maps or Click Here

Parking: Please park in the residential areas near Frank Kinney Park and be courteous to our South Eugene neighbors. No parking allowed at the Start line area at the Blanton Trailhead.

Entry Limit: This event has an entry limit, based on shuttle and trail capacity and entries received within a time frame conducive to scheduling.

Awards: The award ceremony will be presented at the finish, periodically as runners finish. Custom wooden medallions will be presented in the 20K and 10K, to the top three overall male and female finishers. The top three in each age division will receive medals. 

Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.

Entry Fees: Adults 18-59 = $35 for 20K & 10K - Youth 17 & under and Adults 60+, deduct $5. There is NO RACE DAY registration. Tech shirts can be purchased for an additional $14. Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Packet Pickup: Packets will be available on race day at the finish line at Frank Kinney Park from 6:45am until 7:30am. Once shuttles leave for the common start line, packets not picked up at the park will be taken to the start line at the Blanton Trailhead.

Clothing: Participants will be allowed to drop their clothing bags in a van at the start line. Please make sure names and bib numbers are clearly displayed on clothing bags - we are not responsible for lost items. The van will load participant gear bags at the start, then drive them to the finish line continuously, as the shuttle will be making multiple trips. Extra clothing bags will be available at the packet pickup staging area at Frank Kinney Park.

Shuttles: There is minimal parking available at the common start line. All participants are strongly encouraged to be dropped off at the common start line at the Blanton Trailhead during the start window. (8AM-8:30AM) Staggered starts will occur shortly after you arrive. Shuttles will begin leaving Frank Kinney Park at 7:15AM and continue until 8:20AM. FACE MASKS REQUIRED on the shuttle. 

Again - please do not plan on parking at the start of your event - there is no parking available and there will NOT be any shuttles running after your race has started to take you back after you finish. 

Aid Stations: Water, electrolyte beverage and light snacks will be available at the following mile marks for both distances: 1.8m, 3.9m, 5.5m, 8m.

Road Crossings: Most aid stations are at sections of the course where the trail either crosses a road or turns to follow a road for a short distance - please use caution on all surfaces, being aware of traffic. 20K runners must run against traffic for a short section down Dillard Rd. prior to turning left, back onto the Ridgeline Trail connector across the street from the Mt. Baldy Kiosk.
